We understand that as a freelancer, sometimes you're not available for new opportunities. To stop receiving invitations for new work through Contently, you can turn off the "Available to work" setting on your portfolio page. Please note that turning this off does not remove you from your current publications.

 

You'll be marking yourself as unavailable to future opportunities, but clients and managing editors from your current publications will still be able to reach out to you about assignments.

And in the future, when you're ready to take on work from additional publications, you can turn it right back on:
