This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to use Shutterstock through Contently, including how to sign in, select images, and download them. Each image costs $10, which will be debited from your Contently account at the end of the month.

Follow the instructions below to use Shutterstock through Contently, priced at $10 per photo.

1. Head to www.shutterstock.com and click "Sign in" at the top right of your screen.

2. Enter your login credentials:

3. Browse through Shutterstock and select images that you'd like to use for your publication and, upon finding an image, select "Add to cart" towards the right of the image.

4. When you're ready to download the image, click your "Cart" at the top right of the screen. Then, fill out the fields to License the image. Enter your name, the name of the company, the name of the specific publication (if different than the company name), and the Story ID number. For additional context, the story ID number is the 6-digit number at the end of the URL for the story, such as www.contently.com/stories/123456. If this is not associated with a specific story please enter N/A.

From here, you can download the image and use it for your story. The $10 image price will then be debited from your Contently account at the end of the month.
